We celebrated his 2mth old at Zhou's Kitchen with Hui, Leo, Serene and Allan and Daddy Ken as it was Daddy's birthday too. Concentrated on the food so much that we forgot to take pictures. Bring Marcus out brings along alot of attention. Firstly, he's very cute and people will chat with us, asking how many months old he is, boy or girl, attempt to pinch his cheeks etc. And of coz, not forgetting his very attention seeking cries! Look at his shoes...haha... bought these sheep shoes while honeymooning at Korea 2 years ago! Finally can use them. Got matching toy somemore.

budget to share sub-10 l home loan burden
The government is working on a proposal to subsidise housing loans below Rs 10 lakh by asking banks to give loans to individuals and builders at a lower interest rate for five years. Builders will get the loan only for housing projects that are under construction. The government will compensate the banks by providing money from the Union Budget. The committee of secretaries working on the bailout package for domestic industry has asked the ministry of housing to prepare a detailed proposal which will be examined by the prime minister's apex committee early next week. "As much as 73% of total housing in the country is valued at Rs 7.5 lakh and below," a government official said. The PM's apex committee — which includes the finance minister, the commerce minister, RBI governor and the Planning Commission deputy chairman — is expected to finalise an incentive package for industry. ~ pagi2 lagi aku sudah bangun, sesudah solat subuh, aku ke gymnasium untuk mencari stamina...dah agak lama gak aku tidak ke gym...sesudah ke gym dan selepasa bersarapan, aku ke hospital bersama housemate ku, ader perkara yang perlu kami uruskan.... ~ sesudah selesai kerja di hospital, aku dan housemate ku telah mengambil keputusan untuk pergi window shopping...selama 4 jam kami ber'shopping', kami ke bookstores lak, aku telah membeli beberapa buah english novel dan buku2 ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan bidangku, sajer untuk menambahkan pengetahuan yang ader... ~ kira2 1630 hrs, kami pulang ke compound kami...wahhh!!! penat gak shopping nie dibuatnya...sesampai di bilik, aku telah call sayang, almaklum lar dah dekat satu hari tidak dengar suaranya, hanya message jer yang aku terima...rupa2nya sayang masih bersama rakan2 di luar, baru sajer habis bermain bowling katanya...hurms, seperti yang telah ku agak dan seperti sebelumnya, aku akan menjadi orang terakhir yang akan diberkan...
